Krista leads Tercera’s community efforts. In this role, she partners with Tercera’s advisors, portfolio companies and expansive talent network to share the insights and experience our leaders need to guide growth and shape the future of IT services. Krista brings more than a decade of experience in cloud consulting and marketing, working with teams across North America and Europe. In her prior roles at Appirio and Wipro, she oversaw pipeline generation, account acceleration, built channel relationships and managed European growth strategies. She recently moved back to the Bay Area with her husband and two English-American sons, after 8 years in London.

What makes you tick?

More than anything, I want to work with great people who enjoy what they do. That is what makes me look forward to coming to work every day. Every project, every meeting, and every event is more rewarding when you work with people who are passionate about what they do and have fun doing it.

Why are you so passionate about helping founders and services businesses?

Some of the smartest people I know are founders or leaders within services businesses. I always learn a lot from them, and it’s incredibly rewarding to help them grow their own career and business. I’m a natural connector and love to bring people together to collaborate and help each other achieve whatever they are striving toward.

What is a company you really admire and why?

Allbirds. Founded in San Francisco (where I was born and raised), this sustainable shoe company uses natural materials to reduce both water use and greenhouse gas emissions. Not to mention, they are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn and my husband and I own about a dozen pairs, collectively.
