Shaping the Future of Services Leadership

Each year Tercera selects and sponsors a small group of women leaders to participate in a year-long program preparing them for the highest level roles in IT services.

If there is a leader in your company with ambitions to lead (or start) a world-class tech services firm, at the highest levels, consider nominating them.

The deadline for nominating for the 2025 cohort is April 25, 2025. Finalists will be selected and notified in May.

PROGRAM ELEMENTS

1:1 coaching with an experienced, certified leadership coach

Quarterly cohort discussions and coaching

Quarterly mentorship and sponsorship sessions with a Tercera partner

Invitation to be Tercera’s guest at select in-person executive events

PROGRAM QUALIFICATIONS

Current VP or above at services firms $20M+ in revenue

Agreement to actively participate in the program for at least 1 year

Open to individuals in or outside the Tercera portfolio (portfolio nominations may receive preference)

Willingness to give back to future cohorts

Formal nominations must be supported by their current CEO to ensure sponsorship
