What makes you tick?

I’ve always loved being the person people turn to when they’re trying to figure something out. I get real energy from helping others move from “I have no idea how to do this” to “We’ve got this.” I learned early on that the behind-the-scenes work matters just as much as the big ideas. That mix of creativity and structure is where I thrive and where I love helping others succeed.

Why are you so passionate about helping founders and/or services businesses?

I grew up watching my parents build their business from the ground up. It wasn’t a straight line, they tried different things, made tough pivots, and kept adapting until they found the right fit. Seeing that evolution firsthand gave me a deep appreciation for the grit, creativity, and resilience it takes to be a founder. It also sparked my own entrepreneurial spirit. Now, I want to support founders on their journey, to help them find what works, scale with confidence, and build something profitable and lasting.

What is a company you really admire and why?

Wegmans. Grocery retail may not seem like the most glamorous industry, but Wegmans has elevated the experience and carved out a distinct identity in a crowded, commoditized space while still maintaining a local, neighborhood feel. As a family-run business led by a female CEO, Wegmans has built a remarkable culture by putting people at the center, both employees and customers. It is the perfect example of a values-driven company that proves long-term success starts with putting people first.
