FAQ 2025

FAQ

What is the nearest airport?

Jekyll Island is about a 30-minute drive from Brunswick Golden Isles Airport (BQK) and roughly an hour away from Jacksonville International Airport (JAX). There is also Savannah Airport (SAV) which is an hour and a half away.

Will ground transportation be provided?

If you would like transportation assistance, we are happy to connect you with a car service. Please reach out to Krista at krista@tercera.io.

Will there be pre-reading or work ahead of the retreat?

Other than a few data requests to feed benchmarks we’ll be sharing with the broader group, there is no pre-work. You have enough to do! Just come ready to engage.

Are the TUESDAY/WEDNESDAY afternoon activities required?

No, but they are encouraged. We certainly understand you have a business to lead and customers to serve. That said, these activities are a great opportunity to more deeply connect with your peers – many of whom are dealing with your same challenges and servicing similar customers.
